Abby Smith is a country born singer/songwriter whose beautiful, sometimes heartbreaking songs and georgeous vocals have been wowing audiences across Sydney and further west for the past few years. Her down-to-earth and honest lyrics create a true connection with her audiences, and her stunning voice has drawn comparisons to the soul and jazz singers of a time passed.

Recently Abby successfully released her first single One And Only off her debut self titled ep, along with a beautiful animated filmclip by visual artist Todd Fuller. The clip and single attracted a very strong following online, as well as from the Autralian Council for the Arts, The Newcastle Regional Gallery and many Australian music publications, including the popular blog Whothehell. This merging of the art and music world has enabled Abby to stand out from the pack as a true original, and has created a strong stepping stone for the rest of her career.
Abby Smith will play a home town launch in Bathurst on April 7th, and will kick off a city launch tour in June, with further dates to be announced.
